Kalos Services is seeking an experienced Residential Plumber to support our growing workload. This role involves whole-home repipes, leak diagnostics and repair, fixture installation, and code-compliant plumbing solutions. Ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of residential plumbing systems and a consistent track record of high-quality, efficient work. We are a training organization and are willing to provide on-the-job training for individuals who are eager to learn and committed to working hard.
Compensation $23 - $32 hourly based on experience and certifications obtained
Schedule: Start and finish times are dependent on project and location. Work weeks fluctuate depending on load but will usually be between 40 to 60 hrs per week. Some weekend and after hours work may be required when emergencies occur, project night and weekends and out of town work in Florida will be required

Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose piping issues, leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Install and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and water filtration systems
- Repipe homes and complete rough-in and trim-out plumbing for remodels and renovations
- Provide clear communication with clients and ensure excellent customer service Accurately complete job documentation and adhere to safety and code compliance standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work truck and job site
- Ideally 3 years of hands-on experience in residential plumbing
- Familiar with Florida building codes and standard plumbing practices
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently or with a team Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- A problem-solver with a great attitude and customer-first mindset
- Backflow certification or experience
- Water heater or tankless water heater installation experience
- Prior experience with remodel and re-pipe projects
