Kalos Residential manages nearly 2,700 apartment units across seven states. When a property is short-handed, behind on turns, or dealing with a maintenance emergency — you're who we send. You travel to the problem, solve it, and leave the property better than you found it.

• You hit the ground running every time — no warm-up period

• You can handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry — all of it

• You take pride in quiet, consistent, excellent work 

You'll need: 

• Significant hands-on multifamily maintenance experience 

• EPA 608 and CPO certifications (required) 

• Experience managing turns and preventive maintenance at 100 unit properties 

• Valid driver's license; ability to lift 50 lbs.
