Your Role with the Company
- The Dining Room Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the operations of the service department including overseeing bartenders, servers, bussers, food runners, and hosts.
- This role will have a strong focus on the bar program, including direct leadership of the bartender team and ensuring consistency, professionalism, and strong guest engagement across the bar and dining room.
- In addition to working the floor, the Dining Room Manager will customarily and regularly direct the work of other employees within the department and will be given particular weight as to the hiring, coaching, training and development of other employees.
- This role is entrusted with inventory and managing spreadsheets as well as maintaining safety and security procedures.
- This role is on a career path towards general management within six years.

Background Profile
- Minimum 2 years managerial experience within a fine dining, table service and bar restaurant.
- True understanding and belief in being hands-on – you have the “do-whatever-it-takes” attitude to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Strong financial acumen including understanding of payroll
- Exceptional communication with ability to converse with affluential clientele while also working closely with colleagues, helping to recruit, train and inspire staff
- Proficient computer skills with ability to handle inventory and spreadsheets effectively
