About The Role
Athēnix Scottsdale, a part of the Kalon Aesthetics portfolio, is seeking a creative and community-focused Social Media & Content Coordinator. This is a part-time position dedicated to managing the social media presence and driving growth for both the Athēnix Scottsdale brand and Dr. Lehrman.
You will be a key member of our center's team, responsible for creating a compelling content calendar and capturing the day-to-day moments that define our brand. This role requires a high degree of collaboration, creativity, and emotional intelligence, as you will be working closely with our doctor, staff, and patients.
What You'll Do
- Content Creation: Plan, film, and edit high-quality photos and videos featuring our doctor, patients, and staff. You'll be shadowing the doctor and building relationships to capture authentic and engaging content.
- Social Media Management: Develop and manage a content calendar for all brand and surgeon social media accounts, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
- Community Engagement: Act as the voice of our brand online and in-person. You will respond to comments and DMs, post daily stories, and build genuine relationships with our patient community.
- Analytics & Strategy: Monitor social media analytics to track growth and engagement. Use these insights to inform content strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and industry news to keep our content fresh, relevant, and effective.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the corporate marketing team to ensure all social media efforts are integrated with broader marketing campaigns and business goals.

- Experience planning, filming, and editing social media content.
- Understanding of ideal filming angles, setups, and lighting.
- Comfortable interviewing live subjects and promoting a safe and enjoyable filming environment for patients and staff.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while also excelling at independent task execution and project management.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt based on business needs.
- High Emotional Intelligence Quotient (EQ), confidence, drive, and personability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication & copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt to a unique brand voice.
- Ability to work well under pressure and remain composed when handling complex patient and physician interactions.
- Proactive self-starter.
- Proficiency in core social media platforms: Meta [Facebook IG,] TikTok, and YouTube with strong knowledge of Twitter, Pinterest, and other new and trending platforms.
- Proficiency in social media planning tools such as notion and sprout social.
- Proficiency in social media editing tools such as Canva, Capcut, Adobe Express, and in-platform editors (Instagram and TikTok)
- Comfortable occasionally being on-camera.
