- Assist Product Support and Warranty team in drafting service bulletins and engineering change requests
- Participate in Quality review meetings and follow up on assigned actions with each department.
- Assisting with audits of finished trucks and provide feedback to Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing teams.
- Assist with scanning warranty documentation.
- Assist with PDI and Warranty registration processes.

Education
What you bring to the role:
- Be currently enrolled in college level coursework for Business Administration or related field, preferably at Junior level or higher.
- Previous experience in self-motivation and leadership
- Preferably some previous work/classroom experience in similar tasks
- Competency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable working with cross functional teams
- Detailed orientated and creative working style
