Kalman & Company is seeking to hire an experienced Program Manager. This resource will provide comprehensive program management oversight for all contractor and subcontractor personnel supporting a large Army C5ISR Program. They will independently manage all contract activities, ensuring performance aligns with the Performance Work Statement and applicable regulations. This is a contingent position tied to a proposal effort. The resource needs to be local to the APG, MD area.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsibilities include high-level program planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and lifecycle costing; conducting manpower assessments; and providing regular status briefings to Government leadership on a weekly and quarterly basis.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, interfacing with government personnel, conducting feasibility studies, ensuring compliance, and directing contractor and subcontractor teams to achieve program objectives.
- Crucially, this role does not involve supervising Federal employees, creating or modifying Federal policy, or obligating government funds.
Minimum Requirements:
- US Citizenship is required.
- An Active TS/SCI is required.
- Candidate shall have 15 years of experience in the management and supervision of substantive military hardware/software development, or related systems analysis. Six (6) additional years of related experience or relevant military service may be substituted for the masters degree.
- Masters degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline
