Job Description: Kallidus Technologies, Inc. is looking to fill-in a position for a Project Superintendent in commercial and industrial building.The position will be responsible for performing a variety of duties, including the following:· Coordinate Field Activities· Schedule tasks, project resources & field coordination including but not limited to Subcontractors· Enforce safety· Site visits· Prepare daily reports· Cost control· RFI’s· Change orders· Value EngineeringQualifications:· Qualified individual will have successfully executed minimum 5 projects in the range of $5 million to $20 million· Must have 5 years experience & OSHA 30 Hr Training· Must be able to read Blue Print & Specifications· Must have federal or public work experience· School construction experience an advange· Computer Skills: email, Microsoft word, excel, RFI· Excellent verbal and written communication skills All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
