Project Manager – Architecture

Mosaic Holding Corporation (MHC), a leading company in residential and commercial architecture, is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team. One of our companies, Kaller Architecture, is looking for a skilled professional to manage, design, and oversee a variety of exciting architectural projects. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to complex projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and help deliver innovative designs for high-profile clients.

Location: Hollywood, Florida

Key Responsibilities

· Manage residential and commercial architectural projects

· Create detailed working drawings both manually and using CAD software.

· Ensure compliance with the Florida Building Code and local zoning regulations.

· Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal design teams.

· Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments; monitor construction progress.

· Manage project documentation, submissions, reports, proposals, and contracts.

· Adapt designs as needed to resolve issues and meet project requirements.

· Travel to project sites and client meetings throughout South Florida.

Required Qualifications

· Professional degree in Architecture, Design, or related field from an accredited university.

· 8 yearsof experience managing residential and commercial projects with technical drawing expertise.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory); SketchUp, Photoshop, or 3DS Max is a plus.

· Strong knowledge of architectural exterior and interior building systems and materials.

· Solid understanding of Florida Building Code and local zoning regulations.

· Effective oral and written communication skills; strong presentation abilities.

· Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
