Duties & Responsibilities:
- Job site visits, measuring, and inspecting commercial and residential roofs
- Develop estimates for design-build, TFO, preventative maintenance agreements, and repairs of all roof types
- Ability to diagnose roof leaks and deficiencies on all types of roof systems
- Provide outstanding customer service to potential and existing customers
- Generate new business
- Project Management from inception to completion and timely follow-up
- Project a professional company image both in person and on the phone
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in the roofing/construction industry
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but will accept construction experience in lieu of
- Previous experience with Single Ply Membrane, Built-Up Roof Systems, Shingle Roof Systems and Metal Roof Systems is required
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills; both internal and external
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
