Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aircraft Maintenance Technician located in Chicago, IL. The role involves performing routine inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure aircraft safety and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing aircraft systems, power plants, and airframes, adhering to maintenance schedules, and documenting all completed tasks. The technician will work closely with a team to ensure operational readiness and reliability of the fleet.
Qualifications
- Expertise in PowerPlant and aircraft systems maintenance
- Experience in Aircraft Maintenance and hands-on maintenance of airframes
- Strong abilities in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Knowledge of FAA regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant technical certifications a plus
