Job Description
Job Title: Stock Clerk - PMA
Department: Powerplant Division
Reports To: Stockroom Lead/Materials Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting ongoing Inventory checks to make sure counts are correct in AMOS Database.
- Verifying quantities, part numbers, descriptions, serial numbers, prior to parts being issued from stockroom.
- Issuing parts out of the Stockroom utilizing the AMOS Database.
- Perform periodic Shelf Expiry checks in the stockroom.
- Ensure organization and cleanliness of the stockroom.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Powerplant Materials Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school graduate; some college and/or technical school desirable.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, write and understand spoken and written English. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
