Must be available 9am-3pm
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and professionalism, making them feel immediately welcomed and appreciated
- Coordinate with the service team to assign tables promptly and accurately, optimizing guest satisfaction and restaurant flow
- Answer phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, providing information about wait times, menu options, and special events
- Maintain a clean, organized host stand and waiting area to create a welcoming environment for all guests
- Support guest relations by providing accurate wait times, managing seating priorities, and ensuring a seamless dining experience
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in diverse situations
- Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to handle inquiries professionally
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
- Experience in food service or hotel guest services is a plus, demonstrating adaptability within hospitality environments
