WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Provide excellent guest experiences
Greet and guide guests to the appropriate service areas
Assist in keeping the service lane clear and tidy
Valet guest vehicles into the appropriate area for service and pick-up.
Assist service writers, service manager and technicians in guest follow-up or communications as needed

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work, preferred
Ability to drive both automatic & manual transmission vehicles
Ability to work independently while being an integral member of the service team
Computer literacy & detailed follow-up
Professional appearance and exceptional communications skills
A proactive approach to your career with relation to job responsibilities, business growth and daily development
