Position: Sous Chef
As Sous Chef, you will be a hands-on leader behind the line, setting the tone for consistency, precision, and creativity. You’ll work closely with Chef Kevin Meehan, guiding and training the kitchen team, maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety, and ensuring every dish reflects the sophistication and flair of our new concept.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fine dining (Michelin or equivalent preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A genuine passion for mentoring and developing cooks into exceptional chefs
- Proven ability to maintain consistency, attention to detail, and kitchen standards
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to lead by example on the line
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and compliance
- Strong computer skills for inventory, scheduling, and kitchen management systems
- A desire to grow with the company and contribute to its long-term success
