Three Creeks Post Acute is seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our interdisciplinary care team. This role supports residents with respiratory needs in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting, collaborating closely with nursing, therapy, and medical providers to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
The Respiratory Therapist will assess, treat, and monitor residents with acute and chronic respiratory conditions while promoting comfort, safety, and optimal clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform respiratory assessments and provide appropriate respiratory treatments as ordered

Administer aerosolized medications, oxygen therapy, suctioning, and other respiratory interventions

Monitor residents with respiratory conditions and report changes in condition promptly

Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

Educate residents, families, and staff on respiratory care and equipment

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record

Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards

Participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications:

Associate degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited program

Current Respiratory Therapist license in the State of Washington

Current RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) credential through NBRC

Current BLS certification

Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care team

Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care settings

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) - particularly Point Click Care
