Renovation Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Perform residential remodeling projects, including nurse stations, bathrooms, shower rooms and resident living spaces.

• Basic level of reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

• Install cabinets, countertops, flooring, light fixtures, receptacles and switches.

• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.

• Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment.

• Dust mitigation and proper disposal of debris.

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential/commercial remodeling or construction.

• Proficient in carpentry, drywall installation, smooth coating and textured finishes, painting, and other remodeling skills.

• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable transportation and must be on time.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Must be flexible at times with work hours and days.

Salary : $70,720 - $71,000
