Position Summary
Kaleo teachers and campus staff are responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and encouraging learning environment for students ages 1st–12th grade. Instructors lead classes within their area of expertise while supporting student growth, confidence, creativity, and character development.
This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about their subject area, patient with students, flexible, team-oriented, and committed to serving others with kindness and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Create a welcoming and positive classroom environment
- Encourage student participation, creativity, and confidence
- Maintain classroom management with patience and professionalism
- Communicate respectfully and effectively with students, staff, and parents
- Arrive prepared and on time for all assigned classes or duties
- Support Kaleo’s mission, values, and community culture
- Assist with student supervision and campus needs as needed
- Foster teamwork, respect, and encouragement among students
Qualifications

Teaching experience is preferred but not required for all positions. Relevant experience, certifications, ministry involvement, coaching, mentoring, or industry expertise are welcomed.
Requirements
- Must pass a Level 2 Background Check
- Must comply with all Kaleo safety and campus policies
- Must maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to work with students in grades 1st–12th depending on assignment
