Office Assistant/Receptionist

At Kaleidoscope of Dance & Gymnastics, we believe every child and family deserves a welcoming, positive, and organized experience from the moment they walk through our doors. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Office Staff Member to join our team in a part-time or full-time position!

Our office is the heart of the day-to-day operations at KODG. From helping families and answering questions to keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience for our students, families, and staff.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome families and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Answer phone calls, emails, and family questions
• Assist with registration, scheduling, payments, and account questions
• Help manage daily office tasks and administrative responsibilities
• Communicate with families and staff in a positive and professional way
• Keep the office organized, efficient, and running smoothly
• Support the studio’s dance and gymnastics programs as needed

• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Previous office or customer service experience preferred, but not required
