We’re currently seeking a Bilingual (English/Portuguese) Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our Milford, MA team. If you’re compassionate, reliable, and ready to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
In this flexible, part-time, in-person role, you’ll work one-on-one with individuals to:
* Support daily living needs at home and in the community
* Provide personal care and encourage independence
* Assist with errands, grocery shopping, doctor’s visits, and transportation
* Foster social skills and community engagement
* Help with budgeting, managing household tasks, and accessing services
* Document progress and help individuals achieve their personal goals
What You Bring
* Bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese
* Bachelor’s degree OR a High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant experience
* valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle suitable for transportation
* Strong communication and people skills
* CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain during onboarding)
* Ability to work at least 4 hours on weekdays between 8 AM–4 PM (no overnights!)
* Willingness to complete background, driving record, and health screenings
