About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated therapist who is comfortable working with children ages 3 and older and has a passion for supporting children, teens, and their families.
Provide comprehensive clinical assessments, intake evaluations, and outpatient therapy to individuals and families experiencing mental health concerns, developmental disabilities, and other personal or family challenges. Services are provided in the office or through telehealth.
LMSWs pursuing independent clinical licensure are encouraged to apply. We provide on-site clinical supervision at no cost.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Current South Carolina licensure as an LMSW, LISW-CP, LPC, or LMFT
- LMSW applicants must be pursuing independent clinical licensure
- Strong clinical assessment, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain timely, accurate documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and electronic documentation systems
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations
- Assess mental health needs and establish diagnoses within the scope of licensure and supervision
- Provide individual and family therapy
- Complete clinical notes, reports, and billing documentation accurately and on time
- Follow practice policies and procedures
- Complete administrative responsibilities necessary to support client care
Schedule and Compensation
- Independent contractor (1099) position
- Expected caseload of 25 billable hours per week
- LMSWs: starting at $40 per billable hour
- Fully licensed clinicians: starting at $50 per billable hour
- Weekly productivity bonuses for billable hours beyond 21
- Additional monthly bonuses based on productivity
- Annual performance evaluations with opportunities for raises
- Paid vacation time
