Kaleidoscope Childcare Center – Mount Kisco, NY
Kaleidoscope Childcare Center is a NYS OCFS-licensed program providing exceptional care to children ages 8 weeks to 5 years. As leaders in early childhood education, we use Creative Curriculum and a literacy-based Pre-K program to create meaningful, engaging learning experiences.
We Are Hiring Full-Time:
- Toddler Assistant Teacher
- Pre School/Pre K Assistant Teacher
*These are full-time positions only. Experience with children is preferred*

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking warm, energetic, and creative educators who are passionate about early childhood development. Ideal candidates will be team-oriented, flexible, and committed to building strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth of children
- Maintain a safe, clean, and developmentally appropriate environment
- Promote hands-on, play-based learning
- Assist with routines, transitions, mealtimes, and classroom organization
- Communicate daily with families about activities and milestones
- Complete documentation including attendance, daily notes, and incident reports
- Collaborate with the teaching team and participate in staff meetings
- Lift/move up to 30 lbs. and actively participate in play and movement

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of childcare experience preferred
- Must pass all state and company background checks
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be able to commute to or relocate to Mount Kisco, NY 10549
Schedule
- Full-time (minimum 37.5 hours/week)
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday–Friday
- No weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
