The Role: BCBA Supervisor

- Develop Results-Focused Treatment Plans: Design and implement individualized, research-based plans that drive meaningful progress.

What We’re Looking For
We need BCBAs who are as passionate about outcomes as we are. The ideal candidate will:
- Hold BCBA certification and have 2 years of clinical experience. (New BCBA? Need mentorship? Ask about our BCBA Resident position.)
- Eligible to be licensed as LBA in Tennessee
- Be skilled in designing, implementing, and monitoring programs for children with autism.
- Have a proven track record of achieving measurable results.
- Be confident and effective in caregiver and team training.
- Show passion for building communication and social skills in learners.
- Stay current on ABA research and best practices.
- Balance attention to detail with a big-picture focus on quality.
The Role: BCBA Caregiver Trainer
This isn’t just a training role—it’s an opportunity to empower families and shape brighter futures. As a BCBA Caregiver Trainer, you will:
- Empower Caregivers with Practical Skills: Equip parents and caregivers with evidence-based strategies to support their child’s growth and independence.
- Drive Meaningful Outcomes: Develop and deliver structured caregiver training programs that promote real-world success.
- Bridge the Gap Between Therapy and Home: Ensure skills taught in sessions translate into everyday life by coaching families with clarity and compassion.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with clinical teams to align training with individualized treatment plans and best practices.
- Inspire Confidence and Competence: Foster caregiver self-efficacy through education, modeling, and ongoing support.
What We’re Looking For:
We need BCBAs who are as passionate about caregiver success as we are. The ideal candidate will:
- Hold BCBA certification and have 4 years of clinical experience.
- Be eligible to be licensed as an LBA in Tennessee.
- Be skilled in caregiver training, parent coaching, and community education.
- Have a track record of effectively translating ABA principles into family-friendly strategies.
- Be confident in leading group and individual training sessions.
- Stay current on ABA research and best practices in caregiver coaching.
- Balance empathy and accountability to drive meaningful change.
