#### Job Description#### Performs skilled services for repair, recoating, preparing and painting of physical plant surfaces and other equipment. Performs a variety of tasks requiring skills and expertise to enhance the aesthetics of the physical plant associated equipment, such as but not limited to doors, framing, cabinetry, furniture, mill work and wall finishes. Must possess the ability to diagnose and select a course of action regarding preparation and application of protective coatings. Assists management in maintaining an inventory of supplies, tools and equipment for the painting department.#### Education And CredentialsHigh School graduate or GED required.####
