Job Description

This position provides leadership on a 24 hours basis to the Gates Transfer Center assuring smooth and coordinated intake of patients coming from other facilities or MD offices.

Education And Credentials

Current NYS license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Bachelor of Science Degree Nursing preferred. Previous Nursing Supervisor experience preferred.

Experience

Five (5) years of experience with at least one (1) year of leadership experience.
