Job Description
Responsible for coordinating the workflow of various Human Resources functions at the site and enterprise levels - supports the Employee Health and Talent Acquisition functions, specifically. This role involves interacting with management, employees, and other HR staff to assist with daily department activities as well as special projects as needed. Assists in the delivery of human resources programs and services to a designated client service group or site. Self-starter, able to anticipate challenges and respond appropriately. Must adhere to professional and accurate communication styles at all times in all interactions. Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently and change activities/focus quickly as needed.
Education And Credentials
Experience
Associates degree required. BA/BS Preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in customer-orientated office environment required.
