The Personal Care Aided is responsible for providing exceptional care and services to residents in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent bedside manner, and the ability to work with a client in a caring and professional environment.
Essential Functions:
·Provide care that is compassionate, caring, and supportive to all residents.
·Maintain accurate documentation of resident care for quality assurance purposes.
·Maintain accurate records of resident care for quality assurance purposes.
·Maintain a clean work environment.
·Other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications:
·High School Diploma or GED required.
·Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
·Must possess basic computer skills.
·Must have a Driver's License
·Must be able to work a flexible schedule of Monday, Wednesday, Friday Mornings.
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
