Job Summary
We are a fast-growing hospitality group in Orange County developing elevated dining concepts rooted in Korean cuisine, grill culture, and modern guest experience. As we expand, we are seeking experienced leadership talent to help shape the next phase of our restaurant operations.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on Restaurant Manager who understands Korean BBQ, kitchen-to-floor coordination, and high-volume service standards, and who takes pride in building strong teams and exceptional guest experiences.
The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead front-of-house and back-of-house coordination, and ensure service, food quality, and team performance meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate has direct experience in Korean BBQ or Korean cuisine restaurants and understands the unique operational flow of grill dining, table management, and guest education.
Duties
- Oversee daily FOH operations and service execution
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Ensure proper execution of Korean BBQ table service and guest flow
- Coordinate closely with kitchen leadership on timing, quality, and communication
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety
- Monitor labor, COGS awareness, and operational efficiency
- Lead pre-shift meetings and uphold service standards
- Handle guest relations and resolve issues with professionalism
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team development
- Uphold a culture of hospitality, accountability, and teamwork
Experience
- 5 years of Restaurant Manager experience
- Direct experience in Korean BBQ or Korean cuisine strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of high-volume restaurant operations
- Experience managing both FOH teams and kitchen coordination
- Knowledge of grill/table-top cooking service flow
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Food Safety Certification preferred
