What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deli Crew Member $16-$18/hr + tips position at Kalapawai Cafe & Deli?
We are looking for friendly and energetic individuals to join our Back of House staff. Located right by Kailua Beach, we service the neighborhood community and out of town guests with fresh, quality food and beverages. It is a relatively fast paced, team-oriented environment and a great place to meet and connect with new people. Duties include but not limited to: Making all menu items Daily prep Restocking service lines Working the P.O.S. imputing customer orders Servicing the deli Portioning sides and dressings Dish washing Basic sanitation and kitchen cleaning We offer full medical and dental benefits as well as corporate profit sharing once qualified.
Requirements/Responsibilities
All of our Back of House positions require:
-Food Handling Certification
-Excellent customer service skills
-Prompt attendance
-Availability to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
-Must be able to multi-task (Take orders, answer phone calls, Make sandwiches/prep)
-A proactive mindset and desire to keep busy
No experience needed. We're eager to train if you're eager to learn.
Salary : $14 - $16
