Duties
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing available units and community amenities.
- Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing, ensuring a seamless experience for applicants.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and follow-ups using leasing software.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract potential residents.
- Collaborate with the property management team to maintain inventory management of available units.
- Utilize sales pipeline techniques to convert leads into signed leases effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in community outreach efforts to promote the property and engage with potential tenants.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about local rental trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in retail or real estate environments.
