Full-Time | Pharmacy Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm & Saturday 10am-1pm
Salary Range: $127,000 – $133,000 annually
Princing's Pharmacy is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Long-Term Care Pharmacist to join our team in Saginaw, MI. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring safe, effective medication therapy for long-term care residents while working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
- Provide clinical pharmacy services tailored to long-term care residents
- Review and monitor medication therapy to ensure safety, effectiveness, and compliance
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and long-term care pharmacy regulations
- Accurately dispense medications and provide clinical oversight
- Utilize pharmacy software and electronic health records for documentation
- Support pharmacy staff and contribute to team-based workflows
- Deliver exceptional service to patients, caregivers, and partner facilities
What We're Looking For:
- PharmD degree from an accredited pharmacy program
- Active Michigan Pharmacist license
- Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Compensation & Benefits:
