Job Description
We're hiring Seasonal Retail & Packaging Associates to help us through the busy holiday season. This position primarily involves packaging our gourmet popcorn and other products, preparing customer orders, and assisting customers in our retail store.
We're looking for friendly, reliable individuals who enjoy staying busy, working as part of a team, and helping create a great experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Package, label, and prepare popcorn and other products for retail and customer orders.
- Assist customers in our retail store with purchases, product questions, and gift selections.
- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions.
- Assemble holiday gift packages and corporate orders.
- Keep packaging areas, workstations, and retail displays clean, organized, and stocked.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Assist with other daily tasks as needed during our busy holiday season.
Qualifications
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with others.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive packaging tasks.
- Willingness to learn and help wherever needed.
- Previous retail, customer service, or food packaging experience is helpful but not required.
Schedule
- Seasonal employment through the holiday season, primarily October through December.
- Flexible scheduling based on business needs.
- Availability during November and December is especially important.
- Additional hours may be available during peak holiday production.
