What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms in our rental homes
Ensuring all surfaces, fixtures, and floors are spotless
Catching and correcting even the smallest details before finishing
Working alongside a team of 4 other cleaners to complete turns efficiently

Schedule & Hours:
Availability required 7 days a week
Working hours fall between 10:15AM - 4:00PM
Average of ~15 hours per week

Pay & Incentives:
$15–$20 per hour
After 30 days: eligible for performance bonuses on homes completed with zero missed items

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week

Application Question(s):
- Not all of our homes are on the bus line and getting a ride will not work for this position. Do you have reliable, consistent access to your own vehicle, and are you able to travel to downtown Kalamazoo and Portage as needed?
- Can you commit to consistent availability between 10:15AM - 4:00PM, 7 days a week if needed?
- This is a physically active role — you'll be on your feet, moving quickly, and cleaning multiple properties back-to-back. Are you comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment for several hours at a time?
- Guests check out on different days every week, and our schedule is 100% dependent upon guest check out dates. Are you able to work a different schedule every week or do you need a consistent regular schedule?
- This position is about 15 hours a week, are you financially ok with 15 hours a week?
- You will be working with a team of 3-5 cleaning team members. Are you a detail-oriented person that can work well in a group setting?
