Pay: From $18.45/hour
Job-Type: Full-Time (40 hours)
Shifts are based on operation hours of 6am-7pm. Current shift priorities include the following:
- Open availability preferred (open–close schedules)
- Must have weekend availability
We are currently seeking a Deli Manager to join our Haiku Market team!
Deli Managers effectively direct and supervise the activities of all Deli Department personnel to achieve the sales and profit goals established for the department. Deli Managers are responsible for meeting the standards of excellent customer service which includes providing and maintaining good relationships with all coworkers.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school education with some college background preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 3 years experience in deli department operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to accurately handle special requests from customers and to provide excellent customer service.
- Must have analytical skills including the ability to identify improvements in store processes and procedures.
- Must comply with all company policies and requirements.
- Must possess a valid TB Clearance.
