Waterpark Common Area Manager
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Waterpark Common Area Manager. In this position you will be responsible for the administration, operation, and staff management of the indoor and outdoor waterpark common areas. Oversee the training and performance management of staff, ensure a high level of sanitation and cleanliness of public spaces, and maintain company standards in delivering guest safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all guest requests, problems, complaints, comment cards, letters and/or phone calls, in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner. Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Motivate, coach, teach, train, counsel and discipline associates according to Kalahari SOP’s.
- Ensures staff is trained for all positions and cross trained within departments.
- Develops written guidelines, training manual and procedures for staff operations.
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in management, waterpark, or aquatics departments required.
- A Minimum 1 year of experience in managing large staff covering multiple shifts.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred.
