Safari Outdoor Theme Park Attendant

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Safari Outdoor Theme Park Attendant. In this position, you’ll be responsible for operating all rides and attractions at the Outdoor Adventure Park in a safe and responsible manner. Provide guests with a fun and beyond expectations experience by operating the Ropes Course, Climbing Walls, The Great Escape Mini-Golf, Zip-Line Tours and our newest Free Fall Jump Tower. 

Open Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting. 

As part of our team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Starting Rate: $15.00

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Safety First Standards.
• Welcome and greet guests.  Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to personally take care of them.
• Inform guests of ride information such as height restrictions and length of ride time.
• Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy and offer options for any rides that are not operating during that time.

What We’re Looking For 

• Must be able to adapt to a broad range of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems exercising good judgment.

Make independent decisions while maintaining strong ethical standards consistent with company policy, rules and the ability to maintain confidential information
