Room Attendant - Housekeeping 

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Room Attendant – Housekeeping. In this role, you will be responsible for the cleaning, sanitation, & resetting of guest rooms. This includes tasks such as changing bed linens, sanitizing all areas, vacuuming, & replenishing room amenities. 

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll maintain clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.  

$15/hr 

Key Responsibilities  

• Must be able to adapt to a broad range of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints and work well in stressful, high-pressure situations  

• Ability to stand during entire shift  

• Flexible and long hours sometimes required including weekends and holidays  

• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up  

• Report all missing items from room such as irons/boards, hair dryers, coffee makers, to the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor  

What We’re Looking For  

• Previous housekeeping experience in residential or commercial setting helpful but not required 

• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.  

• Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and /or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects
