Reservations Supervisor

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Reservations Supervisor. In this base plus commission payed position you are responsible for providing a friendly and efficient service to all guest while taking, recording, and cancelling reservations all with an understating to maximize revenue and occupancy for Kalahari Resorts. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the agents. As part of our team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love, guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to adapt to changes quickly and shift your approach or method to best fit the situation during frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
• Offer product knowledge to ensure sales are completed.
• Be passionate about all Kalahari Goals and initiatives.
• Contribute to positive team relations through effective communications, teamwork and partnerships with co-workers and management team.

What We’re Looking For

• Computer experience and being bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Background consisting of previous experience in retail, customer service or sales environment preferred.

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. 

• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

• You must also be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of the time.
• Flexible schedule that could include Weekends and Holidays
