Cinco Nino’s- Busser

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Busser for our Cinco Ninos Restaurant. In this role you will provide friendly, responsive service to create a beyond expectation dining experience for all guests.  To actively participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.

As part of our team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Starting Rate: $14.00 an hour

Key Responsibilities

• Take dirty tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in the appropriate areas for washing.
• Between seatings, promptly clean tabletops, chairs and booths.  Check floor and clean as required.  Reset and arrange tabletop.
• Be ready and willing to assist fellow associates (servers, bussers, host/hostess, and management) as situations rise.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• The ability to lift and balance trays and busser tubs frequently.   
• Must be able to work and be flexible with all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
