Duties
- Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment.
- Organize cluttered spaces by sorting, decluttering, and implementing effective storage solutions tailored to client needs.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness across all areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their preferences and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Utilize floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning, polishing hardwoods, or tile maintenance to keep floors looking pristine.
- Support additional tasks like light cooking or meal prep if required, demonstrating versatility in home care services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; janitorial or hotel housekeeping experience is highly valued.
- Familiarity with various cleaning tools and products, including carpet cleaners and floor care equipment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to listen to client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining hygienic environments.

- Experience with laundry services and basic household organization techniques.
