Duties
- Insurance verification
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for X-Ray procedures, and documenting medical histories.
- Manage patient flow within the clinic.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with coding for billing purposes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Experience with pre-authorizations and insurance verification is a must.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on patient service and communication.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
