Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the proper care, custody, and control of compliance-controlled documents.
- Assist in the Management of Change process to maintain proper review, approval and publishing of controlled documents in accordance with organizational procedures and policies using the appropriate technology and equipment.
- Perform turnover functions and deliver professional results in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide customer support and training on turnover procedures and standards.
- Identify, document, and provide input to management towards the continued development of the turnover program (procedures, processes, templates, applications, etc.)
- Collect and provide information to support compliance audits.
- Gather statistical data (document control metrics) to support project requests.
- Train and mentor fellow team members and support personnel.
