Work Location:

Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth running of the store.
- Implement and update operational policies, SOPs, and checklists, training staff across both locations on best practices.
- Supervise staff, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and on time.
- Analyze operational performance and develop strategies for improvement across both restaurants.
- Manage the budget for both restaurants, tracking labor, food, and other costs to stay within budget.
- Conduct monthly evaluations and meetings to plan for future improvements.
- Prepare for store events and product launches, including setup and staff training.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels for both restaurants and order supplies as needed to maintain stock without over-purchasing.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Track usage rates to adjust order quantities and prevent shortages or excess.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Shop for inventory if needed.
Quality Control & Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure restaurant meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
- Monitor and address customer reviews promptly.
- Oversee the launch of new products and policies, ensuring smooth execution.
Staff Management & Training:
- Make employee schedules and adjust if needed.
- Hire and train new staff for both restaurants, tracking progress and reporting to management.
- Assist with hiring, job postings, and filling urgent shifts as needed.
- Foster effective communication among all team members across both restaurants.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Experience in Management role (required).
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have ServSafe Manager Certification.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
- Experience managing budgets and operational improvements.
- Experience in inventory management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- language skills (preferred).
- Able to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
