Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with a variety of administrative tasks to support daily business functions. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping keep the front of the office running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities


Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area


Clerical Support

  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
  • Support team members with basic clerical tasks as needed
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with preparing documents, reports, or correspondence


Office Coordination

  • Help coordinate office logistics such as meeting room setup and basic event preparation
  • Track and follow up on simple requests or tasks from internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure files are up to date
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude and proper dress attire.  


Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay: $16–$18 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • 8AM – 5PM
  • 40 hours of vacation after 1 year

  • Highly organized and dependable
  • Comfortable handling a variety of small tasks throughout the day
  • Willing to jump in and help where needed

Salary : $16 - $18
