Kaizo Health is seeking a Marketing & Outreach Intern to support referral development with medical practices and personal injury law firms. This is a field-based internship designed for students or recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in healthcare marketing, business development, and professional outreach.
Position Overview
- Paid at minimum wage, with performance-based bonus opportunities
- 5–10 hours per week
- In-field, face-to-face outreach to medical offices and personal injury law firms. We have multiple positions that would conduct the outreach near Fairfax, VA, Rockville, MD, or Fort Washington, MD.
- Conduct in-person outreach to medical offices and law firms within the service area
- Deliver informational materials, clinical research, and referral resources
- Build professional relationships with office staff, physicians, and attorneys
- Research and identify high-potential referral partners (orthopedists, PCPs, personal injury attorneys)
- Track outreach activity and referral trends to support marketing analysis
- Comfortable initiating conversations in professional office settings
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and able to represent the brand independently
- Interest in healthcare, marketing, business development, or law
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Health Administration, Kinesiology, Pre-Law, or a related field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Direct exposure and ability to build relationships with healthcare and legal referral networks
- Practical experience in relationship-based marketing and field outreach
- Insight into healthcare–legal collaboration and patient referral pathways
- Resume-building experience with measurable real-world impact
