Position : Workday PSA Specialist

Location : IL/Chicago (Remote, but travel will be required if not local. At least once a month (20% travel estimated). Expenses will be paid.)

Workday PSA Implementation Expertise

Direct experience implementing Workday PSA suite for global professional services organizations

Industry preference: Media or Advertising sectors

Leadership in full lifecycle implementations: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support

Experience with large-scale, multi-country rollouts and global compliance requirements

Order to Cash Process Mastery

Deep understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) business process

Expertise in functional modules related to O2C: Project Management, Billing, Contracts, Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Management

Ability to align business processes with Workday functionality to drive efficiency

Integration with Related Workday Modules

Profound knowledge of Workday PSA and its integration with modules such as Expenses, Procurement, Time and Absence, Core HR

Experience configuring and optimizing inter-module data flows

Expertise in data governance, troubleshooting, and cross-module reporting

Global Project Delivery Experience

Participation in at least one end-to-end implementation of Workday PSA for a global professional services company

Ability to manage stakeholder expectations across regions and ensure compliance with local/international regulations

Experience supporting organizational change and adoption across cultures and time zones

Workday Transaction Tax Knowledge

Solid understanding of Workday transaction tax configuration for professional services

Experience with VAT, GST, and other relevant global tax types

Competence in designing tax reporting structures and resolving tax-related PSA issues

Workday Report Writing

Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining custom Workday reports and dashboards

Skill in automating report delivery and creating ad-hoc reports for business needs

Experience with Workday EIBs and Integrations

Expertise in using Workday Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) for data migration, conversion, and integrations

Experience building integrations with third-party systems (e.g., payroll, CRM, financial platforms)

Strong troubleshooting skills and commitment to data quality
