Position: Gen AI Engineer

Location: Hanover, NJ

Job Mode: Contract


Job Description:

  • Bachelor's degree or Maters Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 14 in IT.
  • Strong Python development (APIs, microservices, production-grade code)
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Deep Agent Frameworks
  • Experience building Agentic AI systems (autonomous agents, multi-agent workflows, orchestration, memory, reasoning)
  • Strong knowledge of Generative AI & LLMs (prompt engineering, RAG, tool-augmented models, reasoning techniques)
  • Experience with Claude models via Amazon Bedrock
  • Solid experience with AWS services (Bedrock, S3, Glue, Athena)
  • Expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations
  • Experience designing scalable, secure, production-ready AI solutions
  • Knowledge of agent observability, governance, prompt versioning, and performance optimization
  • Ability to integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and enterprise data sources
