Looking for an opportunity where you can build confidence, meet new people, and develop valuable customer service and sales skills? We're hiring a Customer Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This is a full-time, in-person opportunity where you'll work directly with residential customers throughout assigned neighborhoods, introduce available products and services, answer questions, and help customers find solutions that fit their everyday needs. You'll gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, account management, customer engagement, and business development while working in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Customer Sales Representative
- Meet directly with residential customers throughout assigned communities
- Introduce available products, services, promotions, and account options
- Answer customer questions and recommend solutions based on individual needs
- Assist with customer enrollments, account setup, activations, upgrades, and account updates
- Build strong customer relationships through communication, professionalism, and follow-up
- Maintain accurate customer records and daily sales activity
- Work alongside your team to achieve customer acquisition, sales, and performance goals
- Stay informed on current products, services, and promotional offers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable working directly with customers throughout assigned communities
- Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Interest in sales, customer service, marketing, account management, or business development
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, sales, or other people-focused roles is helpful but not required
