We are seeking a skilled Residential Remodeler to join our team. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality craftsmanship in various construction projects. You will be responsible for executing tasks that contribute to our mission of excellence in service and quality.
Residential Remodeler Responsibilities
- Execute carpentry tasks including framing, cabinet installation, and remodeling.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on structures as needed.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Install fixtures such as doors, windows, and cabinetry with precision.
Residential Remodeler Requirements
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry.
- Need own tools including compressor, nail guns and Mitre saw
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.
- Ability to read technical documents and schematics accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
