The Opportunity
As our Supply Chain & Operations Manager, you'll work directly with our co-founders and partner closely with our CEO to own the day-to-day execution of Kaizen's supply chain and operations. From coordinating manufacturers and suppliers to managing freight, inventory, fulfillment, wholesale orders, and third-party logistics partners, these are the core functions that allow our business to operate every day.
You'll have full ownership of those responsibilities while continuously improving the systems, tools, and processes behind them. This is a highly visible role that sits at the center of the organization. You'll work cross-functionally with our founders, VP of Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Experience, manufacturers, suppliers, retail partners, freight providers, and warehouse partners.

What You'll Do
Supply Chain & Manufacturing
- Coordinate production schedules with manufacturing partners.
- Manage supplier relationships and raw material purchasing.
- Oversee inventory planning across all sales channels.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight with logistics partners.
- Manage warehouse and third-party logistics (3PL) relationships.
- Track production timelines and proactively identify supply chain risks.
- Manage COAs, specifications, and quality documentation.
- Continuously improve forecasting, purchasing, and production planning.
Fulfillment & Operations
- Own execution of wholesale and B2B orders from purchase order through delivery.
- Coordinate closely with our fulfillment and warehouse partners to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time.
- Monitor inventory allocations across DTC, Amazon, wholesale, and retail.
- Resolve operational issues while keeping customers, partners, and internal teams informed.
- Ensure operational excellence across every customer touchpoint.
Systems & Continuous Improvement
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Introduce AI, automation, and technology that reduce manual work.
- Improve dashboards, reporting, and operational visibility.
- Build and document SOPs that allow the business to scale.
- Evaluate software and systems that improve execution.
- Continuously ask, "How can we make this process better?"
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with the founders, CEO, VP of Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Experience
- Build strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, freight providers, warehouses, and retail partners.
- Lead cross-functional projects that improve operational performance.
- Ensure information flows efficiently across the organization.

Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, logistics, procurement, business operations
- Experience working with manufacturers, suppliers, freight providers, and third-party logistics partners.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience with ERP, inventory management, or supply chain software.
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation is highly desirable.
- Experience in consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, manufacturing, or a high-growth startup is preferred.
