This includes communicating with customers, managing repair schedules, and ensuring the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard estimating softwareCommunicate effectively with customers and colleagues, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the repair processManage repair schedules and ensure timely completion of workReview repair work and ensure the highest levels of quality controlDevelop and maintain relationships with insurance providers and vendorsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standardsMonitor financial performance and develop plans to improve profitabilityOther duties as assignedRequirements:1-2 years of experience in auto body repair and estimatingStrong knowledge of automotive repair techniques, tools, and materialsFamiliarity with estimating and repair softwareAbility to work well under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsValid driver's license and clean driving record

Salary : $110,000 - $200,000
